Volunteer Trustees Wanted

Hertfordshire Equality Council (HEC) wants to recruit four trustees who would like to make a difference to our Hertfordshire communities.

Do you have a passion for fairness, equality and encouraging and celebrating good community relations?

HEC is looking for trustees with experience of fundraising, communications (including websites/social media) and community engagement. A commitment to promoting equality and diversity is essential, as is communication and interpersonal skills needed to be part of our HEC Trustee team.

Previous experience of Board membership is not essential though as a HEC Trustee you will be expected to attend five or more two hour Board meetings a year and to be actively involved in HEC projects where possible.
