Become a HEC trustee
We are looking to recruit four trustees to support our mission to create a Hertfordshire where everyone is treated fairly, with dignity and respect and where good community relations are encouraged and celebrated.
HEC are looking for trustees with experience of fundraising, communications (including websites) and community engagement. A commitment to promoting equality and diversity is essential, as is communication, leadership and interpersonal skills needed to play an active part in the Board. Previous experience of Board membership is not essential.
The minimum commitment is attendance at five meetings per year. This is an unpaid
position. Trustees will be paid all reasonable expenses.
We are keen to receive applications from all sections of the community to ensure
that our board represents the diversity of the people we serve.
